That looks like a hardware-level fault to me… I would raise it directly with Elektron support.
Had it too yesterday at boot. Just reboot and it’s fine. Since my DN is slave, I suspect it has to do with the unit receiving midi data while booting.
Oh, the blofeld does that too btw.

People were mentioning this in Digitone 1.01 : bug reports, so it happens occasionally, on some of the devices at least. It is not said to be fixed in 1.02, but it may be generally unfixable in software, and can be a hardware problem of these items - but this is a question that should be directed to Elektron.
