Hi Elektraunauts,
This is surely a stupid question. How do you adjust the winnings of the separate AR outputs on a mixer?

I have a Soundcraft EPM12
And I confess you that I have strictly nothing understood the manual on the adjustment of the gain, to do the setting should I used the basic kit and set each track to 0 DB?

I have other machine that I used between it but with the digitone I can no longer and I am obligated to have a mixer.

Can you help me understand or direct me.

Individual outs, but how to use?

OK, so how will you route your individual outs? will use all eight or just a few and send the other tracks to the mains? What external effects will you use on what tracks? I'm especially interested in what pedals might be handy for processing specific sounds and why (not the science, just the breakdown). You pick a peak value you want to aim for in the mixer. Then, having each indi sound soloed, set mixer metering to PFL and adjust channel trim until you hit your chosen peak value. Repeat this for all channels.

Now, adjust the composite balance by using the mixer faders.
