Sadly, I have the same problem as many OT user have - when I try to record a loop with pickup machine it makes this annoying click sound and it drives me nuts. I have read tons of forum threads about it and I haven’t found any solution.
I have tried to set “fin” and “fout” settings, I have set little attack of pickup machine too, nothing helps. The click sound is there even when I record a silence. Does anyone know what is going on? Is it official OT bug?

Weird things going on…switched to new, fresh project and the there is no problems like that. Pickup machines working fine. Switched back to previous project and at the first glance it seemed that the clicks are gone, but the problem returned when I put the OT in play mode.
