I would have a listen to HD600/650s as well. I tried some >£1k Focal headphones and the HEDDphones and they didn’t sound anywhere near as balanced and clear as the NDH30s. The soundstage sounded perfect to my ears too - nice and circular rather than either a squished oval or too narrow if you get what I mean. I WILL be getting some at some point.

Christ you’re a lucky lucky human to have the 5’s. The X’s will definitely be the peak Audeze I’ll own, but so far I’ve not heard anything that beats them except the 5’s so I can live with never owning them haha.
For portable travelling if you wanna complete an Audeze set the LCDi’s are sick earbuds as well

You’re right, I am lucky to have the 5s. They are absolutely essential for me since I live in not a big apartment in Japan where I can’t make too much noise at night.
Right now my portable option are the sennheiser HD25s, which I used to use once long ago to DJ, but I think they are great for when I just bring something like the digitakt to the in-laws. I would love having the audeze earbuds though…maybe one day
