Cats

Thank you!

I checked under the porch and in the front garden, but didn’t see or hear anything other than the one kitten. I wonder if something snuck by and got them while mom was out finding food. Then again, she was really skinny when she showed up, especially for a pregnant cat. Not sure if litters of 1 are a thing though.

She doesn’t seem to mind being in my office (in a big dog crate), as I sit facing the other direction and talk to a shiny wall throughout the day. Doesn’t mind me bouncing in my chair when I make beats on headphones.

When I start to play guitar or sing she goes and hides in her carrier. Everyone’s a critic.

Thank you for spaying her :raised_hands:t2: You’re doing all you can do, but don’t feel bad if she never warms up and wants to continue her life outdoors. After rescuing many cats in my life I learned that some just refuse to be domesticated.

One tip for the kitten: give her a fuzzy fleece blanket, my most recent rescue was taken from a feral mom too young and he LOVES kneading and suckling on a fleece blanket. He just turned two, and he still does it for comfort.

crunchy. context: the little fucker has chasin this mouse since 4 in the morning and driving me crazy because Im home sick. It was hiding in the firewood. At 11 she ate it and it was the first creature I have seen her eat besides bugs so she was very proud and Im proud of her too.

Dude, one of my strays is a killer. She’s killed 4 mice in the last month. She catches them and brings them to our place to finish them off. We hear it.
