Before I open Logic, generally. But after the Mac.

(edit) A moment ago: I was on Logic, I quit the software, and I saw all the velocity tracks 1-8 go down to 1. Tracks 9-16 are fine. I don’t understand why, but it seems quitting Logic does this

In Logic uncheck this:
Main menu \ Settings \ MIDI \ Reset Messages \ “Control 4 (Foot Control) to zero”
(CC 4 in Digitakt is mapped to velocity.)
