Overall a really cool update, people will undoubtedly do amazing things with it.
Bummers for me:
No retrigs over MIDI
No slide trigs
No delay/reverb inserts per track
No loop crossfading? (thought I saw that in the loopop video)

I think thatās just the metronome settings- I doubt it changes sequencer behavior

Loopop said max 2 channels MIDI in and out through USB, can that be right? Seems strange to me or maybe Iām misunderstanding.
Iāve been hoping for ātrig skipā as a preferable method of implementing a break to the 4/4 box.
Could still do the diff time signatures, while also teeing up for some wild tricks

I havenāt seen the manual with the site down. But even 4 is not enough. I got an OB-6 and a P-6. The internal sequencer jumps back to start when switching presets. So itās gets thrown off grid when being slaved to MIDI clock. Makes me wish I still had an MPC.
Customizable to the ones you want. 4 mod trigs for 4 fingers readily available. A god-tier kind of UI/UX decision.
Here you have to enter a menu and select through a drop down so not going to be as accessible by comparison from what I see. Either way on Syntakt or Digitakt II the retrigs still arenāt quantized in live play which is a bummer.

Not individual tracks via Overbridge, unless there was an update I missed?
I think he was referring to audio - Two channels (i.e. a stereo pair) IN and OUT.
How many voices? Anyone know?
It doesnāt match the slice points to zero crossings for the reasons you mention

16 stereo audio voices, three send
effects (chorus, delay and reverb), and master effects (compressor, master overdrive).

Hmm, i would have liked to see some more fx, to be blown away, granular, scatter, other reverb flavours. Better macro control.

Thanks for checking, sounds good. Iām hoping this could pave the way for some kind of automation lane/track in song mode so we could record parameter changes into a song without them resetting on pattern changes.
