this doesn’t work for me on the unofficial firmware with MCL. worked perfectly before updating. I’m using external midi clock, but it still doesn’t work when standalone without MCL. the accent, swing, and slide func combos don’t do anything. Is this normal behavior?

No swing in enhanced mode.
Trade off for microtiming.

Classic/Extended/Enhanced GUI toggle has been improved.
Internal sequencer trig events are now disabled when in Enhanced mode.
Enhanced mode: [ Func ] + Extended would not always reset kit params for all tracks

Sold my Machinedrum 5 years ago but recently picked another one up and i’m very excited by all these X firmware and Megacommand developments.

One thing im wondering on reading about x.10 and disabled Internal Seq events in Enhanced mode ( when using MC ) do you still input in to the sequencer using the Machinedrums buttons or directly on the Megacommand ?

MCL uses the MDs interface to program patterns just like you’ll remember.
98% of the new enhanced functionality is also accessible via MD.
