What DJ mixes are you listening to?

I’ve posted this elsewhere on this forum, but this is one of my favorites:

And here’s the DJ mix/album that first got me into techno a whole bunch of years ago – still get a huge kick out of it (no pun intended :grinning:):

Gave this a listen again last night. IMO stands the test of time hands down. Masterful Dub techno - minimal funk mix from The Major (RIP)

One of the first mixes to blow my mind was Weatherall on Kiss in 93 playing a ton Sabres DATs he had lying about. My mate had just passed his driving test so we listened to it live around midnight driving around the empty, brutalist financial district of London listening to this alien broadcast. Amazing.

I found this old Massive Attack mix on Soundcloud recently: I had this taped off the radio when it came out and it got played a lot on my car stereo back then. Great to hear it again.

M8, u should’ve taken a short detour to Soutwark and Sabresonic at the Happy Jack’s venue in a railway arch. I made it to 2 of the original Sabresonic nights. My outstanding memory from the first is hearing the Phantom by Renegade Soundwave for the first time - I didn’t understand what the fuck was going on. I thought AW was mixing in White Riot by the Clash - he wasn’t it’s on the vinyl - still, that night sucked me right into it.

Yeh love this one, maybe the most peak Jon K mix. Insane ability to weave through genre boundaries but maintain a vibe and keep it all cohesive.
Listened to it again today on a bike ride, great when he smashes this in half way through, feels pretty pertinent with the state of the world too…

Not heard this Weatherall mix, nice one! Great when mixes have associated memories too.
Trying to track down some recordings of dreamscape tape packs from 97/98. Had a few that a mate had nicked off his older brother that we used to rinse. Formative!
