Beetlecrab Tempera Mini (hoax?)

One grain mini-Tempera just announced:

Intrigued but highly skeptical (April fools?) Synth anatomy says that a functional prototype will be at superbooth.

So… are they taking the piss or is this the direction that hardware is heading? I literally don’t even know what people will pay for anymore, so I don’t want to pass judgement prematurely, but it feels a little… impractical. However, one way or the other, you heard it here first.

Pretty elaborate for a hoax. That’s what they’d call really committing to a joke.

I read it’s part of a new modular style lineup called “sloof lirpa”. I’ll take 64!

Yes

I do hobby stuff with tiny microcontrollers (basically tiny 32-bit computers equivalent to an old Pentium 4 or so) and particularly like the products from this company because they are easy to program in Python. I have been thinking about making a sequencer tool because they have MIDI modules and knob/encoder banks.

Linked in the April Fools’ Day topic … no point giving Beetlecrab extra publicity for such mischief !
