Seems like the DM tab doesn’t recognize @Mods
I have just been having login issues since the forum upgrade, get this weird “can’t log in from this IP address message” from my usual devices.

If it’s a mobile device on a wifi network, you may be able to reset your IP by selecting to forget network under your wifi settings and the adding the network back immediately after. If you’re on provider data, switching to airplane mode for a minute may or may not do it. On a home computer you could reset your router.
Obviously only as a workaround because it’s unideal, but until you can communicate with the site admins about it, maybe that will help get you logged in when you get the error.
It’s probably worth mentioning your issue in the main site update thread too, just in case anyone else is experiencing similar.

as did countless others and there solutions are touched upon in the opening post here, and scattered throughout as each case is unique - every case relates to actions you(and other affected parties) have taken within their own sphere of interest i.e. related to browser extensions and whatnot - no such issues for those logging in without employing such extensions - you merely need to unwind those extensions and then re-enable
if you have issues you use flags rather than DM which isn’t encouraged
