Primary question: How does one send audio to the Analog Keys via Overbridge in Cubase, or this not working correctly currently?
- In the main Overbridge Control Panel I have activated Main L+R in the Output to Analog Keys.
- In the Analog Keys Overbridge plugin within Cubase, I have activated Main L and Main R in Sidechain input routing.
However in Cubase, I cannot see any sort of inputs into the Analog Keys VST or way to route audio accordingly.
I have seen others get this to work with Ableton but I do not see any way within Cubase to send audio to the Analog Keys. What am I missing?
Many thanks!
I am guessing this is supposed to be done through sidechaining into the plugin–
For example on the FabFilter Pro VST3 plugin, there is a button to Activate Side-Chain which then provides an audio routing option anywhere else in Cubase
However this button is not found on the Analog Keys / Overbridge plugin, as such I don’t see another way to send audio to the plugin. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
Not 100% sure if this will help, but I think you achieve sidechaining by adding an extra audio/FX track in your DAW and then routing a signal to that track which sends it to the A4’s input, which has been activated and set up for sidechaining. But I am not in front of my gear at the moment so I might be completely wrong about this!
Sure that would make sense – the problem I am having though is actually selecting the A4’s input as a destination… it doesn’t appear anywhere.
