20 years old sequencer with new sound engines ? So excited…

…oooook…so far, i hear…

lot’s of digitalis moralis…no truu analog timbres…which is a good thing…let’s be real…

i hear a dedicated dirt/crackle/crush/noise machine…might be a filter stage that can be added individually…

since i hear lot’s of lfo and multi filter magic all over the place…

i hear polyphonic spreads…but not truu one…more like the chord engine of the cycles…
i hear lot’s of already perfctly suited low ends…from a kik engine that can match basslines…

i hear heaps of plastic leads…which IS 21st century full on…
in a variety of room settings…so that reverb can sing and is more than one…

i hear duckings…these various slot machines might be able to influence each other on the go…

besides various gate and stutter trickings…intresting.

oh, and i hear 303 timbres…besides heaps of other classic sounds…but all with a little breath of a fresh take…21st century again…

if this is all syntakt only…well, than THAT’s it…

Still the best sequencer I’ve used so far. Why change something, that works? Nobody complains about cars still beeing steered by wheels…

In all fairness, that sequencer was way ahead of its time and remains, in a way, singular and has received some significant updates with trig condition/probability and direct jump et al…

But, yes, you would think the makers of that gamechanging sequencer would have taken it somewhat further by now…

In 2001 this was a revolution…Remove p-locks and you remain with a pretty poor 64 steps sequencer today…

Wheels were made of stones back in the days…

P-locks, trig conditions, multiple trig editing, trig previewing, parameter randomization, tempo per pattern. Dude have you ever touched a Machinedrum or Monomachine?

Do you have ever touched another sequencer ? Dude ?

Wrong

Check on their website, Helvetica Neue is only second option in their CSS.
Though I agree, they are really similar and that was also my first guess before checking.

…oooook again…

done…

final assumption… let’s be ready for a cycles that meets the mono machine…with heaps of new little interaction/crossover tricks…and way more sound and fx engines to choose from…all talking to each other…sound plocking reinvented…

and a keyboard version later on to follow…

Ok, I think it’s an interdimensional time machine, “from a a new place” means they talk us from past AND future (they’re above time and perception), how I know? because home image was uploaded in 2018.

…ooopsi…

You mean that hard M:C beat?

Yeah that part especially sounds exactly like the cycles, just with lots of lock trigs and clever lfo application.

…yeah…cycles can do that…too…

and now…that now playlist has run out…here…i’m out in the day…heaps of pidub to create…

syntakt?..we’ll meet each other…soonish.
