First noticed him when he did the (original) Utopia series for Channel 4 (UK)
His recent work on the White Lotus is incredible.
Think he is a really good fit for horror and can’t wait to see what he does next.
I thought Smile was pretty good. I thought after the first 30 mins or so it was really going to shit me up (like Hereditary did) but I got less scared as it went on, which was a little disappointing. But overall, not bad. Thought the cinematography was the standout. Really uneasy framing and panning throughout. Loved that aspect of it.
