Octatrack + 0-Coast

Hey,

Need some guidance on how to record 0-Coast into the OT on different tracks.

Not sure how Cuckoo did it— but its the same idea. Bass on one track and melodies on other tracks.

Problem I run into is when I record under Chromatic mode. The bass sound that I recorded on track 1 changes as I play with the 0-Coast knobs to play a melody on track 2.

How do I record sounds from the 0-Coast and keep them sounding the same way I recorded them?

I hit record + play to record the midi.

There’s no reason to keep creating topics with the same name - if you have one general topic already for basic questions then use that otherwise we have diluted the value of searches.

Keep in mind that some questions with OT are identical irrespective of gear being recorded
