We’re happy to announce that Overbridge 2.13 is now available to download, offering Digitakt II compatibility with all tracks streamed in stereo. The Digitakt II OS has been updated to 1.03 accordingly. Thanks for your patience while we beavered away.
Make sure you update your OS to accomodate the new Overbridge driver, and check out the release notes for more details. Head to our Support page to download.
Ok really weird one, I updated Overbridge first on my Mac Mini(Sonoma 14.7) and none of my Elektrons showed up anymore for updating the firmware, in either transfer or sysex librarian(or standalone OB obv)
Once I updated them on my Macbook with the previous version of OB(went fine) they showed up fine. So update firmware first, then OB?
Never had this much trouble with updating OB, wild.
Can we get some more UI updates in Overbridge at some point for things like waveforms? I know they aren’t traditional shapes so may be harder to translate, but any rough view is better than a dial. This is the case for SY CHORD & SY BITS:
In ableton 12.1, only audio channels 1-15 are available from the plugin. If you have audio on 16, the VST can’t see it (though the standalone Overbridge mixer does).
I read this: “Overbridge 2.13 is compatible with macOS 10.13 High Sierra to macOS 14 Sonoma and offers native Apple Silicon support.”. Guess I missed something
From 1 September 2023, following the deprecation of our old driver, it will no longer be possible to install Overbridge on a computer running macOS Catalina 10.15 (or lower). You can still run your currently installed version of Overbridge on Catalina, but you will not be able to update it.

Seems to me they have incorrectly updated the main page … sorry
Might be an Ableton Live limitation, from a quick Googling. I only have 15 tracks available from the plug-in in Ableton (16 if you count the stereo bus). Both the VST3 plugin and AUv2 plugin. On Live 12.1. In Logic, I have access to all tracks, including sends and main, 21 tracks in total.
Indeed, Ableton Live limits multi-out plugins to 16 output channels (Main + Tracks 1-15), while Digitakt II currently uses 21. As a workaround you can route tracks to other outputs from within the plugin (Mixer tab)
Also, transfer keeps saying theres a new version but when i click on the link it goes to a page not found. And the version hosted is the one I use that keeps saying theres a new version.
