Hello. Do you have the overbridge engine in your computer’s startup items so that it’s always running? Or do you start it up along with overbridge only when you need to use it and then quit it after you’re done?
I use a macbook air m2 sequoia 15.2 for music and as a general-purpose computer.
I start it only when I need. I’m not sure how much of a difference it makes having it run in the background, but I in general I try not to have anything running that isn’t necessary, until I need to use it.

I just leave it running and I’ve never noticed any impact on performance
