I just had a go with this on my A4 and Novation peak. It works very well
I’ve had great results with the Polywatch stuff as well, sorted a Push 2 screen out really well.
Didn’t know this stuff existed! Very hand. Thanks for the tip @acidbob
Ooh nice I’ll try this, the screen on my Peak is quite messed up after I innocently cleaned it with a microfibre cloth! Not sure if there was dirt on there or what, not a huge deal but would be nice to fix it!
The screen on the peak scratches just by looking at it. I got a quote for a new one, but sadly that is the whole assembly they are selling (oled+plastic protector) and its shipping from uk, which sadly has become troublesome to say the least. I loved when uk was in eu. From now on i will just use some clear tape over the peak screen.
What was the price out of interest (I live in the Uk)? Good idea with clear tape!
Out of curiosity, did you use that on the screen protector the units ship with, or the screen itself without the protector? I leave my screen protectors on but they have definitely been scratched to the point where I am looking for replacement.

Bought mine used a couple of months after it was released, the screen protector was already peeled off
Thanks! Think I’ll live with the scratches haha
Yes, but the polish in the first post can easilly remove them
I’ve had good results with Autosol plastic polish. Another good alternative is Duraglit metal polish, the stuff that’s impregnated in wadding. It’s an old watch repair trick that works well
Awesome, thanks! I’ve ordered some
I can’t answer this question as I’ve not used the product, but I think the screen protectors that units ship with are much more easily scratched than the screens themselves, given they’re a soft plastic and not made to resist scratches.
I wonder if an inexpensive plastic cell phone screen protector – the kind that adhere with static rather than adhesive – if cut down to size, would work as a replacement screen protector?
