Restoring Factory ROM Samples on Machinedrum UW

As far as I know, the Machinedrum UW originally came with a set of factory pre-loaded ROM samples, I guess mostly consisting of:

  • Classic drum machine samples
  • Percussion hits
  • Digital and glitchy sounds
  • Various kicks, snares, hi-hats, claps, and toms

Also, if I’m not mistaken Elektron never officially released the exact factory sample set, and once overwritten, there is no way to restore them unless you have a backup or find a user who preserved them.

Was there a single bank or multiple?

I already have the downloadable content. I need the factory ROM samples.

Does anyone have a backup of this or can anyone maybe point me to where I might find it?

Also I believe, that you can Factory Reset the unit and restore those ROMs. Of course a backup prior this operation is priority

I actually just did a factory reset. The first bank I have is called PRESETS. is it just that?

Cannot remember properly, but I believe is a yes. (Factory) ROMs should be where ROMs are

Ok thanks a lot. I believe factory reset creates a PRESETS bank at position 1. I believe my bank 1 was empty and after the factory reset it has the same samples you shared. Thanks a bunch.
