Hello everyone, I bought a used model:cycles and figured out, that there is no root directory to find and no Factory presets within it. I did already a empty reset, factory reset and a firmwareupdate to 1.13 once more. Nothing changed. Are there any recommendations for me? Thanks alot.
I’m sure this has been reported before (with a screenshot) and outcome was that it was fixed by Elektron support. I’ll edit this post to include a link if I can find it.
