Finally fixed it. Wasnt the 4 pin header after all. Dodgy traces, so I did a bypass, bit of a hack, but it bloody worked.
Top 8 keys that never worked… now work.
Random LFO wasnt working…now is working again.

My SH101 has never been this good. Now I can return to the album project.

I really enjoy this vinyl mix recorded by my guest
He delivered set with some proper, classic techno tracks.

recent games talk reminded of this video, I’m not a math person but I really like this video, coding is art and this video is a reminder of it, as well as being creative as a result of limitations…

There are two types of people in the world…

People who haven’t seen Requiem for a Dream and people who see it everywhere…

Damn. I remember very well the first time I saw Requiem for a dream - was a teenager at that time, was avoiding school on the day, got high on nasty street weed and pressed play on the movie - changed my life in a way + that was also intro to Kronos Quartet - soundtrack blew my head off

It was 40°c yesterday, probably going to hit 42 or more today.
So… inside, aircon on- time to modify my X0xbox. Going to tweak the filter a bit so the resonance is a bit more aggressive, increase the filter low end range, and modify the envelope so you can close it completely.

Its beautiful innards that I assembled. Including rave string to keep the wires tidy.

Wellll that was a waste of time.
I dont think the mods are worth doing. They dont make that much if a difference.

Tuning the filter res does.

I’ve not seen this before. Absolute nutters!

indeed, truly top notch stuff, incredible skills, unfortunately did not end well for Martyn (the organizer and the guy from the first video), worth looking for the behind the scenes (just to understand how truly skilled these guys are) and the rest of the story of Martyn Ashton if you like this stuff

I found a recording of my old cello group playing some Dvorak that I thought I had lost. I’m so happy to have found this again after so many years, it was a ton of fun.

I made my first (extremely basic) program in linguistic coding: a rudimentary rhyme detector.

I’m very proud.
