SubmitHub any good? Anything better?

Anyone here used SubmitHub for sending new releases to blogs, DJs, influencers, etc? Is it worth it? How does it compare to PlaylistPush? I found services that do the work for you such as Omari. Has anyone had experience with any of these? Which ones are better for underground electronic genres?
