what do ya think people, someone posted this on reddit saying their buddy went to buy an EP-133 and they gave him this by mistake but said he couldnt take it home. weird that they would open it all the way. but it does look like a legit new box behind it and someone else was dropping weird medieval hints on reddit a little while ago too.
i think this looks horrible, but i could see why they would go the medieval route for the Tonic upgrade, but really seems like shooting your own feet to marry the whole design to medieval stuff just because of the Tonic name. i dunno super weird choices all around. i could also see it being a Speak upgrade. then you just use the entirely same hardware as the 133, microphone and all, just swapping some cosmetic pieces.

To me this looks just like a skinned KO2…the labelling is also so cryptic and latin lol that I can’t imagine that this would be a mass produced commercial release…but I’ve been wrong before so.

right? im having a hard time believing that TE would try to sell this but they did rick and morty pocket operators so who knows how low they will go. i dont know, the original guy spreading medieval rumors a few weeks back said August 6 or 7 was the announcement date so i guess we will see

I love my po33 streetfighter, but this thing looks awful. Even if it will turn out to be microtonic based device, I will stick to the po32. I need my gear to be appealing to play with it.

gonna make a wild guess here: “AI” based magic drum machine and MIDI FX box as a tonic upgrade. “magically” synthesize drum sounds or something like that, sends wild MIDI fx to make “magical” generative arrangements
