there’s already an app for managing samples on Elektron devices?

Not really ‘managing’. Just sending samples one-by-one. Current status and link to main thread:

Confirmed that the latest version, Transfer:Samples works on iPad, not iPhone works with DT2 for some reason, doubles the length of the sample, adding silence, and converts to mono.

I’m not sure how to use the Elektron protocol. I don’t think they allow you to transfer without their app.

I could be wrong here, but I thought the whole reason for DT2 transfers being so slow was that Elektron are sticking to an old protocol for samples … I think there’s a midi (sysex ?) protocol for transferring samples isn’t there ?

Pretty sure DT1 used this protocol, as Machinedrum.
SDS, Sample Dump Standard.
(Probably used by the Tranfer ios app you know)

Ah my bad. Bibenu posted a link to the app I’m talking about. It gets the job done but a proper sample management app that works with DT2 would be amazing :). Would gladly buy something like that.
